step 1 Open your computer's virtual machine (such as Bootcamp, VirtualBox, Parallels, or VMWare). Make sure the ability to drag a file from your Mac onto your virtual machine is enabled.
step 2 Go to your Mac's download's folder and find Alteryx Designer. Drag Alteryx Designer from your Mac downloads folder and drop it into your virtual machine's window.
step 3 Open Alteryx. Follow the guided tour within Alteryx to learn the tools and find additional resources. Experiment with sample data and templates within the tutorials. Have Fun!
